Picked Fence Punk

The traditional picket fence symbolizes a sense of accomplishment. In this linear representation of that ideology, the deliberately distorted flowers and the broken sky indicate the completion of that goal. Except that in reality, nothing is ever perfect, and often what we strive for is shattered and distorted. A new, one-of-a-kind beauty takes shape. And the contrasting, direct opposites reflect into a centrepoint where what we perceive and what we have meet, and this centred line becomes the picked fence we have to surmount in order to liberate ourselves.
